All payments must be made through the payment gateway. Direct payments to counselors are prohibited. If such a payment is made, you will be removed from the session, and the institute will not be held responsible.

In the event of a payment failure, you can make the payment to our account and send us the payment receipt. Counseling sessions will not commence until the receipt is provided.

3. Payment Services

We use third-party payment providers to handle online payments instead of processing your credit/debit card information directly. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption, and payment information is stored for future use.
